PC With LG is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items, such as downloadable software, e-books, digital subscriptions, and online courses, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products unless the product is defective or not as described. If you believe that a digital product you purchased is defective or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of the purchase date. We will evaluate your request and, if determined to be valid, provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. For physical products purchased from our online store, we offer a 10 day return policy.
